Titanium, titanium alloy and nickel allow are widely used in many fields. When they are made into tubular products, gas is the traditional fuel to heat, and blowers are used to reinforce the temperature (since 199502007). However, in this technics, something harmful to the material such as sulfur, oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen also exist in the furnace. Besides, in this technics, the temperature is diffcult to control and the temperature range is large. We can take Ø 80 Ti-stick for example. In Gas-Heating Technics, it takes 40-45mins to heat the Ti-stick in the furnace, and the oxide layer on the stick could be 0.10-0.20mm, even 0.25-0.30mm. After perforation, the  the oxide layer peels off, but pits will appear on the surface of tube, which will bring down the yield of the tube blank, what's more, it will bring difficulty to the next process, because the tube with severe oxidation must be carefully polished before next process, or it will chap in the surface.

 

In view of the disadvantages of Gas-Heating Technics, we have taken several argument and demonstration with relevant academies and heating equipment manufacturers, and finally, we decided to take Two-Time Electrical Heating Technics, which have such advantages:

 

The equipment is easy to operate and move.

 

Hearting fast. It takes only 10-12mins to heat, which is only 1/4 of that Gas-Heating Technics takes. Therefore, teh oxidation time is greatly reduced, so does the oxide layer.

 

The heating automatically controlled, and the temperature error is within +5℃。

 

The material could roll automatically in the furnace with an angle of 120° each time, in the whole process it will rol 4 times in the furnace, which will ensure the material could be heated in balance.
